1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the LogicPulse™ website (logicpulsepro.us) and our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

LogicPulse™ provides custom software development services including but not limited to:

  • Web application development
  • Business software and ERP systems
  • E-commerce platform development
  • API development and integrations
  • Software maintenance and support
  • Desktop application development

All services are provided on a project basis with terms agreed upon in a separate project agreement or statement of work.

3. Project Agreements

Each project engagement is governed by a separate project agreement that outlines the scope, timeline, deliverables, pricing, and payment terms. These Terms of Service apply to general website usage and any preliminary communications.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in a project agreement:

  • LogicPulse™ retains ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property and tools
  • Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of custom code developed specifically for their project
  • LogicPulse™ retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
  • Third-party libraries and frameworks remain subject to their respective licenses

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in each project agreement. Standard terms include:

  • A deposit is required before work begins
  • Milestone payments may be required for larger projects
  • Final payment is due upon project completion and delivery
  • Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the project agreement

6. Limitation of Liability

LogicPulse™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use our services
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Third-party services or integrations
  • Business losses or lost profits

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of a project. This includes business plans, technical specifications, source code, and any other non-public information.

8. Warranty

LogicPulse™ warrants that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Specific warranty terms, including duration and coverage, are defined in each project agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement according to the terms specified therein. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Faisalabad, Pakistan.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
